		<description>You&#039;re right you don&#039;t need as much creatine as most people think.  But I don&#039;t agree with most people cycles, your body uses creating and makes it on its own and it never cycles off.  Not saying that you are right or wrong, I mean in general.  You need creatine all the time, why cycle off?  The only reason is to make sure that your body doesn&#039;t become dependent on creatine that it gets from external sources and it continues to make a lot of creatine on its own.  I guess you are right then... cycle on and cycle off... how long is relative to how long each cycle is.</description>

I would recommend taking the Max Powers Anabolic Stack before working out, or if you don&#039;t plan on working out a day, take it in the morning with your protein when you wake up. 

Those who look into this should really consider going on the creatine cycle, this is because your body gets used to creatine if you just keep taking it.   After that, stop all creatine intake for 3 weeks straight. After those 3 weeks, repeat the cycle.</description>
